I've been a loyal Kiki customer for many year, but due to scheduling issues on my end I've been serviced by both Dehja and Lily recently. Both have grown so much as estheticians over the years that it's truly incredible how talented they've become. You really can't go wrong at this place for your waxing needs. Also, a special shout out to Kris for always being so wonderful during every interaction. Update June 2024: I'm a 41 year old male who gets a Brazilian with underarms every 4 weeks and recently starting getting the Bikini Therapy treatment directly after my wax. I've been seeing Kiki for over 6 years and when she's not available I've seen Dehja, Megan and Lilly at least once each. Its obvious that each of these ladies have taken guidance from Kiki as I've been surprised how consistent the treatments have been. I'm a 35 year old male who went today for my first full Brazilian waxing. I did try it roughly 10 years ago but was unable to finish due to the pain and impersonal nature of the esthetician. Because of that prior experience I was very nervous to try again. After reading the reviews on here and checking out her website I decided I would take the plunge. I did the prep as she suggested on her site, showed up on time, and immediately felt relaxed when I entered the room. Kiki flawlessly blended friendly and professional the entire time. She moved quick, but not too quick, ensured I was as comfortable as could be expected, and went over post care with me before I left. Did it hurt? YES, OUCH! But somehow she managed to keep me distracted in conversation just enough to keep going. I never felt the urge to quit and in fact, I'm looking forward to coming back in 4 weeks to chat again; hopefully with less pain (or so I'm told). 10/10 would go again :)

From the moment I walked in the front desk (gorgeous lady, I forgot her name tho) was so welcoming and made you feel heard. They paired me up with Bella who was AMAZING! I have a torn rotator cuff so lifting my arm up for the underarm portion was so painful and she accommodated me and helped position my arm in a way I wasn’t screaming in pain. She was the best. I was nervous about the Brazilian bc I hadn’t done it in awhile and IYKYK and she made it incredibly tolerable haha I felt amazing and booked my next appointment before I walked out. Having a salon here close to home that offers great service and an awesome environment is great. Go get waxed!
