Policies

We’ve put these policies in place out of respect for our guests and service providers. Before you book an appointment, take a moment to review our important policies, including our cancellation and no-show procedures.

General Policies

  • All services are by appointment only.

 

  • We refuse to provide any service that cannot be performed safely.

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse any service that may require medical attention.

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse/end the service at any time.

 

  • Prices, services, or details are subject to change without notice.

 

  • Since we wax in such a timely manner, we ask that all guests arrive 5-10 minutes early. Arriving even 5 minutes late could result in a possible reschedule of your appointment. We value your time and work efficiently to remain on schedule, please respect our time as well.

 

  • Due to the personal nature of the services offered at Behr & Bush, we ask that you please refrain from bringing your children. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation/No-Show Policies

  • We require a 24 hour notice if a guest needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to schedule and service other clients. Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice impacts us and the opportunity to service other clients.
  • We require an active credit card number to hold your appointment. This will not be charged unless a guest cancels in one of the following ways. Guests that give short notice (day of) cancellations will be required to pay 50% of their missed appointment. Guests that do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be required to pay for their missed appointment in full.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards are nonrefundable but are transferable.
